What information do we collect?

This information includes but is not limited to your device name, operating system, browser information, language settings, history of browsing and analytics data such as time spent, pages viewed, and actions taken on the website.

• Location data: We collect precise or approximate location data from your Device if you enable us to do so. We use this data to identify nearby Bluetooth devices to enhance to connect to the accompanying device. We also use this data to improve location determination and geo fencing to help the visually impaired user to determine their location.

• Device Information: We collect Information by which consists of technical information and aggregated usage information, and may contain, among other things, Device Identifier of your Device, your preferred language and country site, manufacturer, software, and model of your Device, Device type, operating systems and versions, your geolocation, mobile network data, to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you, etc. Any sensitive information about other programs that you are running on your Device, passwords, and activity across other applications are not collected and all the sensitive information are masked.

• Camera Access: We may request access to your device’s camera to enable specific functionalities such as capturing photos, videos, or scanning items as required by the app’s core features. Any photos or videos captured are used only within the app to provide the intended functionalities and are not shared with third parties unless explicitly stated and authorized by you.

• Our app may request access to your device’s microphone to enable voice-activated features or audio recording. This access allows the app to interpret your voice commands and enhance your user experience. Audio data is processed within the app to provide the intended functionality and is not stored or shared with third parties without your consent.

• Cookies and Tracking Pixels. We use “cookies” or “pixel tags” are used on this website which provides us with user information. This includes session cookies, persistent cookies and pixel tags.

 

How do we use User Information?

• We use the device information to provide you the correct app version depending on your Device type, for troubleshooting and in some cases, marketing purposes.

• We use geo-location information for various purposes, including for you to be able to view your location to provide services to you, to automatically fetch your location when you open the AI Driisti App, for the captains to identify the location and to inform and navigation you based on your location.

• We use camera access to capture photos or scan items which are stored and processed internally within the app for identification, recognition and are not shared with third parties.

• We use microphone access to take voice commands from the customer as they are visually impaired and start the required functionality of the app based on the voice command.

 

Under what circumstances do we share information?

 

We may share a user’s personal information as follows:

• For legal purposes.

• With the user’s consent, we let users share personal information with others for their own uses. That usage will be subject to their privacy policies.

• When we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets.

 

A user can request data deletion by writing to info@achalahealth.com with the subject line: “Request to delete my data”. The user ID needs to be mentioned. We delete the data and send an acknowledgement within 48 hours of the request being made.

 

Security Measures

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on our website, which is designed to encrypt the transmission of information shared between your browser and our site. Generally accepted standards to protect personal information are followed on our website and its sub-domains.
